Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 03bet (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the 03bet website located at https://03bet.ws and all associated services, features, betting markets, casino games, promotions, and payment facilities offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion offered by 03bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the 03bet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game, promotion, or tournament rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 03bet Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all players regardless of their location, payment method, or game type. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or casino activity on 03bet under any circumstances.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the 03bet Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold more than one active account on the 03bet Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 03bet or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are depositing and wagering funds that you own outright and that are not derived from any unlawful activity.

03bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account registration process or during the lifetime of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds deposited by such an account will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts wagered.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the 03bet Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one account on the Platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. 03bet may request updated documentation at any time to verify the continued accuracy of your registered details.

• One Account Per Person: Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All registration data must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false name or date of birth — renders your account immediately voidable.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party. 03bet staff will never ask for your password.
• Two-Factor Authentication: We strongly recommend enabling SMS-based 2FA through your account security settings. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately. Do not attempt to recover access yourself before notifying our team.
• KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases.

03bet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access was facilitated by the player's failure to maintain adequate password security or by the player voluntarily sharing their credentials with a third party.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 03bet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 03bet does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 03bet accepts no responsibility.

03bet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 03bet, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance within minutes. Withdrawals via mobile financial services are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 03bet reserves the right to route withdrawals to alternative verified methods if required by anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Bonus Restrictions: Funds subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw funds in breach of bonus terms may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Fraud Prevention: 03bet monitors all transactions for signs of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals suspended pending a compliance review. 03bet cooperates with relevant financial intelligence authorities where required by law.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

03bet periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The general principles below apply to all 03bet promotions unless the individual promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a stated wagering multiplier (for example, 30x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times using real-money funds or the combined real-money and bonus balance before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing during an active bonus does not automatically trigger a new bonus unless the previous bonus has been completed or forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution schedule is published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award) unless fully wagered. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Abuse Prevention: 03bet monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, using bots, or coordinating play across multiple accounts. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: 03bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to player accounts under the terms in place at the time of credit.

Seasonal promotions — including offers aligned with BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) — are launched regularly. Registered players are notified of active promotions via the platform dashboard and by email. Always check the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 03bet Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and live betting are published in the respective sections of the Platform and should be read carefully before placing wagers.

• Bet Placement: All bets are accepted subject to available funds in the player's account balance at the time of placement. 03bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds Changes: Sports odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled. If a bet is not confirmed before the event commences, it will be voided and the stake returned.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the event of an obvious pricing error, a technical fault that materially affected the bet, or the cancellation or abandonment of the event on which the bet was placed. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting is offered on selected events. Live markets may be temporarily suspended during critical match events such as goals, wickets, or injuries. 03bet will not be liable for the inability to place a bet during a suspension period.
• Casino RNG: All casino slot games and table games use certified random number generator (RNG) software. 03bet does not manipulate or influence the outcome of any RNG game. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studio facilities and are subject to the studio operator's own fair play certification.
• Maximum Winnings: 03bet may apply maximum single-session or single-bet winnings limits on specific markets or games. These limits are published in the relevant game or market rules. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be capped at the published limit.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an erroneous settlement, 03bet reserves the right to correct the settlement in accordance with the actual outcome of the event or game. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error are not valid and may be reclaimed.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the 03bet Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and generally accepted standards of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility to access the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions or self-exclusions.
• Automated Betting: Using scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, analyse patterns, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to guarantee mutual winnings, share information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or live games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Platform.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inefficiencies or bonus terms to generate risk-free or near-risk-free returns at the expense of the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform as a mechanism to launder funds through wagering activity.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, display bugs, or pricing anomalies to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, racist, or otherwise harmful communications toward 03bet staff or other users via any channel including live chat, email, or support tickets.

03bet employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that continuously monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, 03bet may take immediate action including account suspension, reversal of transactions, and referral to relevant authorities. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may submit an appeal to [email protected] with full details of their case.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

03bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, or where applicable law or regulatory guidance requires it. In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the severity and nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 03bet account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 03bet will process any eligible pending withdrawals to the player's verified payment method before the account is deactivated. Accounts closed voluntarily with a zero balance will be deactivated within 5 business days of the request.

• Temporary Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for compliance review, payment investigation, or security assessment. During a suspension, the account holder will be notified and given an opportunity to provide relevant documentation.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who self-exclude through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their account access restricted for the chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 03bet will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will not reduce the balance below zero.
• Deceased Account Holders: In the event of the death of an account holder, the estate may contact [email protected] with appropriate legal documentation to arrange return of any verified account balance.
• Appeals: Players who wish to appeal a closure or suspension decision must submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the decision. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team and a response will be issued within 10 business days.
